Choc-mas slutty brownies

Possibly the quickest, easiest and tastiest choc-mas treat you could rustle up this Christmas.

Pop down to Sainsbury's or Tesco and pick up:

1. Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
2. Betty Crocker fudge chocolate brownie mix
+ (you'll need eggs and vegetable oil to go with those mixtures)
3. Double stuff oreo's

And toppings of choice! Or none, they are pretty unreal without.

I told you - EASY PEASY.

Double stuff.  Even better than the originals.

The whole thing will take you about 10 mins to quickly prep + 20-25 minutes of baking time. Ready?

Remember it is all about the layers.

Instructions:

1.  Follow the instructions on both boxes of Betty Crocker mix for the cookies and brownies - so you have both ready to go.

Add the cookie mix to your pre-greased brownie trays as your first layer (spread as evenly as possible).

2. The next layer is those delicious double stuff oreo's.  My trays are quite petite so I only manage a 3 x 3 combo - but this was plenty!

3. Finally pour the brownie mixture ensuring you cover the previous two layers of oreo's and cookie dough.

4.  Then bake in the oven at 170C for 20-25 minutes.  Depending on how gooey or soft your like your choc-mas slutty brownies whip them out at 20 mins and leave to cool.

You can serve these bad boys warm or cold - either taste like an absolute dream!

Then simply cut into triangles and to add a little bit of festive pop - mix up some green coloured royal icing and decorate with smarties.

Merry Christmas (and happy over-eating day) for tomorrow everyone!

YUM!
